Capel Street Pedestrianisation

Capel Street now feels like a street for living on. Prior to Capel Street being made traffic free, the noise pollution and air pollution made Capel Street very difficult to live on and to use. The improvement in quality of life for me as a resident of Capel Street is immense. Adding too that encouraging people to travel without a car means a hopeful improvement to the environment and climate change.
